How to begin the day

Personally, this works for me. Technology is becoming a greater part of our everyday lives, but understand that we can know it, use it, and enjoy it without integrating with it. I've always been a big time dreamer, and I remember them all. It works because I wake up slowly and allow my dreams to gradually fade into my awakened state. Oh, and writing down intentions before going to bed just may be the key to solving a bunch of problems. But first, detach a little bit.
